Enterprise Terms of Service & Operational Agreement

1. Scope of Engagement & Services
Rizvis Global Enterprise (RGE) and SOF-XI Cloud Platform provide mechanical, electrical & plumbing contracting, equipment rental, and enterprise SaaS cloud software suites to licensed commercial entities in Pakistan and Malaysia. All quotes, contracts, and software licenses issued are legally binding under local commercial law.
2. Confidentiality & Proprietary Platform Code
The SOF-XI Cloud Platform, including CMMS, ERP, Inventory, and Material Requisition modules, constitutes proprietary enterprise software. Client ledgers, pricing matrices, and tenant vaults remain strictly confidential and isolated under encrypted database boundaries.
3. Account Eligibility & Closed Membership
Access to the SOF-XI console and RGE administration systems is restricted strictly to authorized corporate members. Public self-registration is closed. Account credentials and Google SSO tokens are authenticated against enterprise membership registries.
4. Warranties & Service Handover
All completed physical MEP works, equipment deployments, and aircond chemical overhauls carry written warranties as specified in the signed Project BOQ. Platform uptime guarantees are governed by enterprise SLAs.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be submitted to binding commercial arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan or Selangor, Malaysia in accordance with the governing jurisdiction of the applicable regional entity.
